WELCOME TO MY BLOG

I’m Nina, food photographer and flight attendant. I love books, punk, mid-century design, Japan, swimming pools, cycling, boots, squirrels, and cappuccino. But most of all, I love vegan food! As a flight attendant and food nerd, I’ve been exploring amazing vegan food all over the world for over 15 years. The dishes that inspire me find their way into my recipes back home in Berlin. During the pandemic, I also trained as a food photographer. Here, I share the best creations from my fusion kitchen—for vegans, those who want to be, and those who are just a little curious. My popular homemade vegan Tantan Soup needed an update and a new video, so this was the perfect occasion. What you need for the soup is smoked tofu, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, hon mirin, miso, ramen noodles, tahini, peanut butter, soy milk, paprika powder, bok choi, chili oil and sesame seeds.
