Cut apple in 5 mm thick slices.
Heat a large pan, melt a little vegan butter and fry the apple slices from both sides until golden brown and soft.
In the meantime, open cardamom cloves and grind in an electric spice grinder. You could also use a mortar and pestle.
Mix with coconut sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Butter the bread roll, layer the apple slices and sprinkle the spice mixture.
