Just heat a bit of oil in a hot pan and crumble the tofu in.
Add 1 teaspoon of nutritional yeast, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika, and a few grinds of black pepper. Deglaze with 2 tablespoons of water, then stir well. Lower temperature and let sit for about two minutes.
Now add 1/4 teaspoon of kala namak, stir again, and serve immediately. Add a little extra salt if needed.
