This vegan snickers shake with espresso goes perfectly well with every savoury sandwich or breakfast burrito

  • 1 espresso or double espresso
  • 1/3 cup (60 g) dark chocolate or 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter 55 g
  • 3/4 cup plant milk 180 ml
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or 2 dates
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of cayenne
  • ice cubes


  • Melt the chocolate pieces in espresso. Put in the blender with banana, peanut butter, plant milk, maple syrup, cayenne and salt, then blend.
    Pour in two glasses and add ice cubes. Ready! 


If you use sliced frozen bananas you don't need ice cubes
